THE LITTLE WHISKERS FAQS
Everything you need to know about our cookies, next-day Mumbai deliveries, and sweet little details. We're real people, promise.
Ordering & Customisation
How do I place an order?
Easy peasy. Browse our cookies, pick your favourites, choose your size and sweetness preference, and place your order right here on our website. Your cookie era starts now. 🍪
How long will my order take?
We bake fresh to order, and deliveries are scheduled for the day after you place your order.
Need something customised or planning a bulk order? Please give us 3 days' advance notice so we have time to make the good stuff happen.
Can I customise my cookies?
Of course! You can choose between our Mini and Chonky sizes, and our regular or monk-fruit-sweetened options across all flavours and sizes.
Got another idea brewing? Message us on WhatsApp before placing your order, and we'll figure out the details together.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
YES. Whether it's a birthday, a party, a wedding, corporate gifting, or an excuse to have a truly unreasonable number of cookies around, we've got you.
Bulk orders come with special rates. Please get in touch at least 3 days in advance to discuss quantities, flavours, and all the fun details.
Our Cookies
Are your cookies eggless?
Yes! All our cookies are eggless. More cookies for everyone. ♡
Do you offer a monk-fruit-sweetened option?
Yep! The monk-fruit-sweetened option is available across all our flavours and sizes. Just choose your preferred sweetness option when ordering.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Allergen information is listed on the individual product pages, so please check the listing for your chosen cookie before ordering.
Have a specific allergy or concern? Please message us before placing your order. We want you to know what you're eating.
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Honestly? They're best eaten straight away. Warm cookie, happy tummy. That's the dream.
If you're saving some for later, refrigerate your cookies once they arrive. They'll stay fresh for up to 14 days when refrigerated.
When you're ready for another cookie moment, microwave one for a few seconds to bring back that warm, gooey, ridiculously indulgent goodness. Keep an eye on it while reheating!
Delivery & Pickup
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai (MMR). Your cookies have places to be, but we're keeping their adventures local for now!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is ₹150 per order.
Spend ₹1,499 or more, and delivery is on us. ♡ Go on, add that extra cookie.
Who delivers my order & when will it arrive?
We use Porter to get your goodies to you safely. Deliveries are scheduled for the day after you place your order (next-day dispatch).
Can I pick up my order?
We're not offering pickup at the moment. Your cookies will have to make their sunny way right to your doorstep!
Payments, Cancellations & Issues
What payment methods do you accept?
You can use any of the secure payment methods available at checkout. Pick whichever works best for you!
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Need to change something? You can request modifications until your order is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp at 9594913719. After dispatch, we're unable to make changes.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. Help!
Oh no. That's not how cookie deliveries are supposed to go.
Please message us on WhatsApp at 9594913719 with your order details and clear photos of the issue. An unboxing video is also required to help us review what happened. We'll take a look and help you sort it out right away.
Gifts & Furry Friends
Can I send Little Whiskers as a gift?
Absolutely! Birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, surprise treats, or a very important thinking of you — cookies make excellent gifts.
Gift options are available. Message us on WhatsApp to discuss what you have in mind and we'll help you put something together.
Do you have treats for cats and dogs?
Not just yet! But oh, we're working on something special for our furry friends. It's coming SOON. Keep your whiskers up and watch this space. ♡
